Oval gratin dish

Professional quality for your kitchen: The oval gratin dish from the 250°C plus POLETTO collection by ASA Selection was developed in collaboration with top chef Cornelia Poletto. It combines extreme durability with an elegant look. Whether for gratinating, roasting, steaming, or stylish serving directly at the table – this multifunctional porcelain meets all the demands of sophisticated culinary art.

Crafted from brilliant white, glossy porcelain, the dish is exceptionally heat-resistant. It is perfectly suitable for the oven, microwave, and freezer, and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. With its generous dimensions of 34 x 22 x 7 cm, it is perfect for casseroles, roasts, or side dishes. The dish can be complemented by the matching flat serving platter (34 x 22 x 2.5 cm), which serves as an optional steaming lid, a serving tray for the hot dish, or as an independent serving platter.
