The simple papier-mâché letter Y is the ideal DIY blank for personalized lettering, nursery decor, name signs, and creative gift ideas. Whether as a striking initial, part of a custom name, or combined with our other decorative letters – the lightweight paper form brings a warm, personal touch to your home.
The light, smooth paper surface made of sturdy papier-mâché is excellent for a variety of finishing techniques: paint the letter with our popular chalk paints in your desired shades and then add accents with découpage paper, detailed transfer foils, stencil patterns, or stamps. Shimmering metallic wax or texture pastes also look wonderful on the matte material. In addition, the letter can even be used as a creative mold for concrete projects if desired.
With a height of 20.5 cm and a base depth of 2.5 cm, the letter Y stands securely on dressers, desks, or shelves and brings a lot of joy as a lightweight decorative element.
